What is Coke Zone?

  • Coke Zone is your virtual door to the Coca-Cola world, giving you access to amazing Coca-Cola promotions, events and experiences.

    Up until 23:59 on 15 October 2013, you can also collect points and redeem them for rewards and prize draws.

  • How do you use Coke Zone?

    First you’ll need to register (it’s easy and very quick). Then you can start having fun collecting points, getting rewards and prizes or accessing a fantastic range of content.

    You can collect Coke Zone points by entering the 12-digit code from bottles, single cans and multipacks at www.cokezone.co.uk. Or enter codes via SMS to 88555 (standard network rate apply, typically 10-12p).

    Look out for specially marked 375ml, 500ml, 1.75L and 2l bottles, single 330ml cans and 10-can or 12-can multi-packs of Coke, Coke Zero, Diet Coke and on selected flavour variations as they’ll be the ones with codes on.

  • Tell me about the rewards

    Wait until you see the selection of rewards! There’s something for everyone, whatever you’re into. Our reward categories are: music, entertainment, games, fashion, sport, charity and free & fun!

    However, the selection changes regularly to keep things fresh and exciting, so be quick if you see something you like in case there’s only limited availability. Many of the rewards are released in random batches throughout each month, sometimes outside of the hours of 9am and 5pm, to make sure that all our members have the opportunity to redeem a reward.

    Don’t forget - you can only redeem your points for rewards up until 23:59 on 15 October 2013, so make sure you’ve got everything you want by then!

  • What are the special on-pack promotions?

    Sometimes we have big promotions that we show on pack.

    Grab your chance by entering a code from a specially marked promotional pack. You’ll not only get your Coke Zone points but you’ll also be entered into the promotional draw. Double whammy.

Coke Zone is changing

What, when and why

  • What is changing on Coke Zone?

    From 16 October 2013, Coke Zone members will no longer be able to collect Coke Zone points and redeem them for rewards and prize draws.

    You can still enter codes from specially marked packs and use any points you have saved, up to and including 15 October 2013.

    Coke Zone will continue to be your virtual door to the Coca-Cola world, with access to great promotions, events and experiences. We’ll still be sending regular emails featuring everything from the latest videos to new prize draws, so check your settings to make sure you’re receiving them.

  • When is all of this happening?

    The last date that you’ll be able to collect and redeem points is 15 October 2013 at 23:59. Make sure you’ve redeemed all your points, grabbed any rewards you want, and entered any prize draws by then. To make sure you get the rewards and prizes you want, it’s best to redeem your points as early as possible. If you need help redeeming your points, our customer service team is on hand. Just give them a call on 0800 028 8038. Lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

  • Why are you changing the programme?

    We’re making these changes because we want to focus on what Coke Zone does best - offering our members amazing opportunities and uniquely Coca-Cola experiences.

  • Will I still find codes on specially marked packs of Coke, Diet Coke and Coke Zero?

    You’ll still find the usual Coke Zone codes on specially marked packs up until 15 October 2013. Codes entered after 23.59 on the 15 October 2013 won’t generate any points.

  • Will you still run special ‘on pack’ promotions, like ‘Win a Marc Jacobs bag every minute’?

    Yes! When these happen you’ll find details on specially marked packs, which you can enter on Coke Zone.

    When these promotions come up, we’ll tell you about them on site, on Twitter and by email – so make sure you’re subscribed to our newsletter.

  • When is my last chance to enter codes to earn Coke Zone points?

    You can enter codes any time on or before 15 October 2013 to earn Coke Zone points. Your last chance is at 23.59 on this date – but it’s probably best to do it sooner, so that you have plenty of time to spend your points. If you need any help or advice in redeeming your points, please call our customer care team on 0800 028 8038 and they will be happy to help you.

  • What happens if I enter a code on the last day?

    We’ll have rewards available and prize draws to enter right up until 23.59 on 15 October 2013, so you can use your points on any of these. However, it’s probably best to do it a bit before, as you won’t be able to redeem any points after this time.

  • What happens if I have leftover codes after 15 October 2013?

    You won’t be able to enter any codes after 15 October 2013, and any leftover codes will have no value. Make sure you enter them all in advance!

  • Can I still collect points?

    You can collect points right up until 23.59 on 15 October 2013. But don’t forget, you’ll also need to spend them by this time.

  • How long do I have to keep collecting points?

    You’ve got until 23.59 on 15 October 2013 to collect points, and redeem them for rewards and prize draws. Don’t forget all points collected will also have to be redeemed by 23.59 on 15 October 2013.

  • What if I don’t spend my points by 15 October 2013?

    You should make sure you’ve redeemed your points by 15 October 2013 as they will expire after this date and you won’t be able to use them. If you need any help or advice in redeeming your points, please call our customer care team on 0800 028 8038 and they will be happy to help you. Lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

  • What if I’ve got a lot of points?

    We’ve been in touch with anyone with leftover points to encourage them to spend them before 23.59 on 15 October 2013. There are plenty of rewards and prize draws that you can redeem your points against – check them out here. Remember, you can also spend your points on charity rewards.

    Our customer service team are on hand to help you to redeem your points. Just give them a call on 0800 028 8038.

  • Does the weekly points limit still apply?

    Yes, all the same rules apply as usual.

  • Will my points still expire in the same way?

    Yes, the standard terms and conditions for Coke Zone will still apply, and points will expire after 90 days of the last log-in or code entry.

  • Can I transfer points between my account and friends or family?

    We’re afraid not. Every account is separate and points can’t be transferred.

  • Will I be able to collect points after 15 October 2013?

    No, this is the final date to collect points and redeem them for rewards and prize draws. After this there’ll still be free downloads, like wallpapers, and sometimes we’ll have prize draws – but nothing that you need points for.

  • Will the range of rewards be changing?

    We’ll have a similar range of rewards to the ones on site now right up until 15 October 2013. If you have a question about a specific reward, give our team a call on 0800 028 8038.

  • Will you be adding extra stock of current rewards?

    We’ll make sure there are enough rewards available so you can use your points right up until 23.59 on 15 October 2013. But remember that a lot of our rewards are limited editions, and these are subject to availability. If there is something you have your eye on, we would advise you not to wait.

  • What if the reward I want sells out?

    Many of our rewards are only available in limited quantities because we constantly change our catalogue to keep it fresh. If there’s something you really want you should get it quickly.

  • If I have redeemed my points for a reward voucher, can I redeem this after the end of the programme?

    Reward vouchers each have an individual expiry date (look for it in your rewards email). These aren’t affected by the changes to Coke Zone, so you’ll still be able to use the code after 15 October 2013 if it’s valid.

  • What is the very last date and time I can redeem my points for rewards?

    You’ve got until 23.59 on 15 October 2013 to redeem your points for rewards.

  • Is there a limit to the number of times I can choose a particular reward?

    No. As long as the reward is available you can order as many as you like.

  • Will rewards be available after 15 October 2013?

    There won’t be a catalogue of rewards that you get with points. You’ll still be able to get free downloads, like wallpapers.

    Yes there will be, but they won’t require Coke Zone points to enter.

  • What if I have codes left that I couldn’t enter because I reach my weekly limit?

  • Will I still receive Coke Zone emails?

    Yes, we’ll still be sending regular emails featuring everything from the latest videos to new prize draws, so check your settings to make sure you’re receiving them.

    Yes, you can access your account history by calling our team on 0800 028 8038. However, it won’t be available to view on site.

  • Why is it so important that I register?

    Registration is needed in order to be able to input your codes into the Coke Zone website and start collecting points to redeem rewards and enter prize draws.

    It’s easy to Register, just fill in your name, date of birth, email address and country of residence.

  • How do I get started?

    Go to www.cokezone.co.uk, and follow the simple step-by-step registration process. There is a limit of 1 account per person and you must have a unique valid email address, be over 12 years old and a resident of Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) Isle of Man or the Channel Islands to register. The person who is the authorised email account holder of the email address indicated when registering will be considered the account holder.

    You should bear in mind that, if you’re registering to collect points to redeem for rewards and prize draws, you won’t be able to do this after 15 October 2013.

My Account

  • How do I update my information?

    After you’ve logged in, just go to ‘My Account’ to update your account details.

  • Can I still log in if I have a new email address?

    Yes you can. Just log in using the email address you originally registered with. Once you’re in, go to ‘My Account’ and update your email, along with any other changes you want to make. Then save them by clicking ‘Save’. From then on you can log in with your new email address.

  • Help! I can’t remember my password. Now what?

    For security reasons, we won’t send you a password by email. So when you get to Coke Zone, click the ‘Forgotten it’ link. Confirm your email address then click ‘Submit’. We’ll send you an email with instructions on how to get a new password.

    If you’re on the Coke Zone mobile site, you can also click a ‘Forgot Password’ link. You’ll be asked to confirm your email address. If you’ve already linked your mobile phone number to your Coke Zone account you’ll be sent a mobile-push link that you must click on to go back to Coke Zone mobile site. You’ll then be asked to enter and confirm your new password. Finally you’ll be asked to log in with your new password.
    If you haven’t linked your mobile number, you will be sent an email with details on how to confirm your new password.

  • How do I change my password?

    After you’ve logged in, go to ‘My Account’ to change your password details.

  • Aargh! I’ve been locked out of my account. Why?

    You’re only allowed 5 attempts to enter a code correctly each day. Type the wrong code in too many times and you’ll be locked out of your account for 24 hours (it’s for security reasons). Try again the next day and you should be able to enter your codes without any problems. One piece of advice - sometimes an ‘8’ looks a bit like a ‘3’ on the bottle - so make sure you check the codes carefully!
    If you haven’t been entering codes incorrectly, or if you still find yourself locked out of your account the next day then we may have locked your account for another reason. Please call our freephone number on 0800 028 8038 and speak to an agent. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (excluding US Bank Holidays).

  • How can I manage my email preferences?

    Coke Zone will offer you the chance to subscribe for email updates from The Coca-Cola Company when you register. You can change your email preferences on your ‘My Account’ page in ‘My updates’. If you wish to be removed from the email listing at a later date, simply click ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any of the newsletters or follow the instructions at the bottom of other email communications you receive.

  • Do I have to live in Great Britain to receive rewards?

    Yup, we’re sorry but Coke Zone is only open to residents of Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands - and rewards can only be delivered to a GB, Isle of Man or Channel Islands address. So if you have already registered with a Coke Loyalty scheme in another country, we’re afraid you can’t register in GB. Unfortunately we can’t deliver to PO Boxes either, because we want to make 100% sure you get your rewards! Accounts can be closed or deleted by official request to Coke Zone customer care. Please see below for details.

  • How do I close my ‘Coke Zone’ account?

    Call our freephone number on 0800 028 8038 and speak to an agent. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (excluding US Bank Holidays).

    Please be aware that if you do want to close your Coke Zone account - your account, along with all points and access to great rewards will be locked, and you will no longer have access to your Coke Zone account. Personal data will be removed from closed accounts after 18 months of the last log in or entry.

  • How can I delete my ‘Coke Zone’ account?

    Call our freephone number on 0800 028 8038 and speak to an agent. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (excluding US Bank Holidays). If you do want to delete your Coke Zone account - your account, along with all points and access to great rewards will be deleted. Please be aware that if you ask for your details to be deleted, your details will be removed and you will not receive any further communication from Coke Zone and Coca-Cola Great Britain.

  • Is my personal data safe and secure?

    OK, here comes the serious bit... Coca-Cola Great Britain is aware of the many threats to the security of consumer data and takes the protection of that data very seriously.

    It’s our goal to ensure that when you submit information it reaches its destination safely, protected and unchanged. We have taken proactive steps in the development of Coke Zone to incorporate European and industry standards and best practices for the treatment of your information such as the use of SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) which is a secure method for the transmission of personal content and other measures, both active and passive.

  • How can I access My Account via my mobile?

    If you have a mobile internet enabled phone, just visit the Coke Zone mobile site m.cokezone.co.uk. You can use the mobile site to enter codes, check out your account balance and browse through and choose from our range of mobile rewards.
    You can also enter codes via SMS to 88555 (standard rates apply). But remember, it’s best to link up your mobile phone to keep track of all the points you earn, otherwise your balance won’t be updated.

  • Does it cost me anything to use the mobile site?

    If you access the Coke Zone via mobile internet at m.cokezone.co.uk you may be charged by your network operator. Some operators now offer flat-rate packages for browsing and downloading from mobile sites, but if you are unsure of the rates that you might be charged for using mobile internet services, please check them out with your network operator.

  • What does it cost to send an SMS to 88555?

    If you send an SMS to 88555 (e.g. to enter a code or link your mobile) the cost of sending the SMS will be standard network rates, typically 10-12p. If you’re not sure of the costs, please contact your mobile network operator.

  • How can I manage my mobile preferences?

    Coke Zone will offer you the chance to subscribe for mobile updates from The Coca-Cola Company when you register.

  • I have a 12-digit code, is this right?

    It is indeed! A 12 character alpha numeric code will appear on 375ml, 500ml, 1.75L and 2L bottles, single 330ml cans or on the cardboard packaging of 10 or 12 fridge packs of 330ml cans of Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, Diet Coke and on selected flavour variations while stocks last. Codes may also be found on other Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coke Zero and on selected flavour variations’ promotional packaging from time to time at the discretion of the promoter. Then you can start exchanging these for all sorts of great stuff in Coke Zone.

  • Oops, I can’t read the code on the pack - it’s smudged / incomplete - what should I do?

    First, try to type your code on the website or mobile site, or send via SMS to 88555. If you get an error message, please call us at 0800 028 8038 so that we can tell you what you need to do. Our lines are open from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding US Bank Holidays).

  • I’m blind / partially sighted and I can’t read the code on the pack - what should I do?

    Our website has been designed to be compatible with screen readers; it is also been designed so that text size can be enlarged to assist partially sighted people. If you are blind or partially sighted and you are having trouble reading a code from a pack which you have purchased please call the Coke Zone helpline on 0800 028 8038 for assistance. Please make sure you keep your receipts, or hold on to packaging (ring-pulls or bottle labels) where receipts are not available, as these may be requested at a later date as proof of purchase.

  • How do I earn Coke Zone points?

    It’s easy. Look for the code lasered on the bottle under the label of 375ml, 500ml, 1.75L and 2L bottles, printed on the reverse of the ringpull of single 330ml cans or printed inside the cardboard packaging of 10 or 12 fridge packs of 330ml cans of Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, Diet Coke and on selected flavour variations.     You can only do this up until 23:59 on 15 October 2013, so please make sure you have entered all your codes, and used all your points, by this time.

  • Is there any limit on the number of points I can collect?

    Yes there is. Effective as of 29.07.09. In response to feedback from our members, and to ensure that Coke Zone is as fair as possible for everyone, we have introduced a weekly limit of 50pts from PIN code entry. If you enter enough codes to exceed that point limit in any one week (running from 00:00:00 every Monday to 23:59:59 on Sunday evening) your code entry will automatically be locked and you will be unable to enter any more codes until the start of the next week. You will still be able to login to your account to spend your points and manage your account.

  • How do I ‘spend’ my Coke Zone points?

    To get your hands on some great rewards at Coke Zone, log onto www.cokezone.co.uk. Have a browse through the rewards available in your favourite categories, such as downloads, Coca-Cola merchandise or Prize Draws then follow the simple ‘Get this now’ process.

    For rewards that require delivery, you’ll be asked for your address to make sure they get where they’re supposed to.

    Don’t forget, you can only redeem your points up until 23:59 on 15 October 2013, so make sure you spend all your points and place your orders by that date.

  • How do I know how many points I’ve got?

    Log in to Coke Zone at www.cokezone.co.uk and your points balance will be on the top right corner of the page. You can also check your points balance on Coke Zone mobile site in the ‘My Account’ section.

  • My point balance seems wrong. Now what?

    On the website you can check that your latest order / code entry has been registered in ‘My Account’. Sometimes your computer’s cache (sort of like short-term memory for your browser) will keep you from seeing the most current information, especially if your points total has changed since you last logged in.

    If you have been sending in your codes via SMS you must have registered your mobile number with us. If you have not given us your mobile number please go to the My Account page and enter it so you can receive your points.

    If your total seems incorrect, try logging off, closing all browser windows, opening a new browser window, and logging back in. If that doesn’t work, please call our freephone number on 0800 028 8038 and speak to an agent. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (Excluding US Bank Holidays).

  • When do my points expire?

    If you haven’t logged in or entered a code for 90 days your points will expire. You will receive reminders to warn you before that happens. You can keep your points safe by logging in. Please see the Terms and Conditions to find out more.

    From 16 October 2013, Coke Zone members will no longer be able to collect Coke Zone points and redeem them for rewards and prize draws, so please make sure you have used all your points before then. Any unused points will expire after this time and you won’t be able to use them.

  • If a specific promotion finishes will my points expire?

    Nope! You won’t lose any points. In fact you just carry on collecting them. Points only expire if you don’t log in or enter codes for 90 days.

  • What rewards can I get with my Coke Zone points?

    You can choose from a selection of rewards in a range of great categories. There are rewards at higher and lower point levels, so there’s something for everyone. And for just a handful of points, you can enter Instant Wins or Prize Draws for the chance to win fantastic prizes.

    You can only redeem points for rewards and prize draws up until 23:59 on 15 October 2013, so make sure you spend all your points and place your orders by this date.

  • How do I find the stuff I want?

    To make it easy, on the website you can find rewards by type, point value and popularity and well as seeing what’s on offer and what’s new. You can filter by high or low point values and also search by keyword. On the mobile site, you can filter mobile rewards by type, points value, and date added.

  • Is there a limit to the rewards I can claim in a day?

    At the minute there’s no limit. To make it easy, on the website you can find rewards by type, point value and popularity. You can filter by high or low point values and also search by keyword.   • Can I buy a reward with hard cash?

    ’Fraid not. Rewards can only be redeemed using Coke Zone points.

  • Can I find out how long a specific reward will be available?

    Unfortunately not, we are constantly changing our catalogue to keep it fresh, so if you see something you like be quick!

  • Can I have my reward sent to someone else?

    The mailing address saved in your account is the address we usually mail to. However you can choose to send your reward to someone else so long as they live in Great Britain, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands(sorry that doesn’t include PO Boxes). Just remember to change the shipping address on your order. You can save multiple addresses in the My Account section.

  • How can I check up on the progress of my order?

    Easy. Just go to your ‘My Account’ page on the website and click on ‘Reward Status’. Unfortunately this will not show you the exact tracking details with the mail or delivery company though.

  • Why can’t I use a PO Box address?

    Unfortunately we can’t deliver to PO Boxes because rewards may need to be signed for and we want to make sure you receive your goodies. If you do not have another mailing address, you can use the address of a friend or business as long as they are based in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands. Sorry for any inconvenience!

  • What happens once I’ve ordered a reward?

    Unfortunately we can’t deliver to PO Boxes because rewards may need to be signed for and we want to make sure you receive your goodies.     Once you’ve placed your order it will be processed. You can check on its progress on your ‘My Account’ page on the website. Unfortunately this will not show you the exact tracking details with the mail or delivery company though.
