Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion is open to residents of Great Britain, the Isle of Man and Channel Islands only (IoM & CI - website entry only), excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, Hollywood Movie Money, their agencies, and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. Entrants must be 12 years or over. Entrants under 16 years will require parental/guardian consent.
  3. Daily draws from 01/05/08 to 30/06/08. Entries received before 01/05/08 go into the first draw. Extra draw closes 21/08/08. After midnight on 21/08/08 all unredeemed codes will be invalid for use in this promotion, however codes can still be redeemed for points at ‘Coke Zone’ – see www.cokezone.co.uk for details.
  4. Entry to the promotion is via web or mobile, using the unique 12-digit codes found on promotional packs of ‘diet Coke’, or via other means communicated by emails or radio advertisements. Only one entry per code.
  5. To enter, text your 12-digit code to 88555 to be entered into that day’s draw. Standard network rates apply, typically 10 to 12p. Texts may not be included in any bundle of free texts, text package and/or talk plan. Please check with your network operator. Please ensure you have the permission of the person who pays the mobile bill before entering via text.
  6. For text entries the winner will be the owner of the mobile phone that the text entry has been sent from.
  7. Alternatively, you can enter your code at www.coca-cola.co.uk
  8. Those in the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands will not be able to use the text short code and must enter at www.coca-cola.co.uk
  9. All entrants into the promotion will receive a message via SMS or on-screen at www.coca-cola.co.uk to confirm that their promotional code has been successfully received and their name entered into the relevant draw. Consumers will not be charged for receiving the confirmation SMS and should receive this confirmation text within 5 minutes. From time to time, this may take longer due to operator traffic which is beyond The Promoter’s control.
  10. There are 152,500 movie ticket vouchers to be given away, 2,500 every day from 01/05/08 until 30/06/08 inclusive. There is one extra draw, which closes on 21/08/08 to win one of 10 x pairs of movie ticket vouchers.
  11. Winners entering via SMS will be notified, with a Winning Ticket Reference, by SMS to the mobile number used for entry. Winners entering via web will be notified, with a Winning Ticket Reference, via email to their registered email address. All winners will be contacted by 1600 hrs on the day after each day's draw'
  12. In the event of an entrants’ mobile number changing or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, or an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, The Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new mobile number or email address.
  13. Movie tickets won in the daily draws from 01/05/08 until 30/06/08 are valid for use at participating cinemas until 31/07/08. Tickets won from the extra draw, which closes on 21/08/08 are valid for use at participating cinemas until 30/09/08.
  14. Winners can access their movie ticket voucher via www.coca-cola.co.uk/winners and follow the online instructions. Movie ticket vouchers can be printed or posted once the winning code has been verified. For all participating cinemas excluding Cineworld, winners have 72 hours from the registration of their winning code in which to re-print any lost or mis-printed movie ticket vouchers. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, defaced, mis-printed or posted ticket vouchers. For Cineworld vouchers, these will be dispatched within 10 days of registration of your Winning Ticket Reference at www.coca-cola.co.uk.
  15. Winners will be required to agree to the Quantum Prepaid Paper Ticket terms and conditions.

  23. An independent party will oversee all draws, all winners will be the first randomly drawn valid entries.
