When does the promotion take place?
Daily draws take place from 01/05/08 until 30/06/08, with an extra draw which closes for entries at midnight on 21/08/08. Movie tickets won in the daily draws from 01/05/08 until 30/06/08 are valid for use at participating cinemas from 01/05/08 until 31/07/08. Movie tickets won in the extra draw, which closes on 21/08/08 are valid for use at participating cinemas until 30/09/08.
What are the prizes?
Each winner will receive one movie ticket for the daily draws between 1st May and 30th June 2008. For the extra draw, on 21st August each winner will receive one pair of movie tickets.
What if I have a problem with my code?
There is no code on my pack of ‘diet Coke’. What should I do?
First double-check to make sure there is no code. On 500ml and 2ltr bottles of ‘diet Coke’ the code is etched into the plastic of the bottle behind the label, not printed on the reverse of the label. On 330ml 10-packs the code is printed on the reverse of the cardboard sleeve. If you are still unable to find a code, please contact us on 0800 0288038.
Please have your bottle handy when calling our helpline, as you will need to provide the batch identification details printed on the neck of the bottle. We will then be able to progress your query.
What happens if my code is not working?
Check the code you have entered matches the one that appears on your promotional pack of ‘diet Coke’. Should the problem persist, please contact 0800 0288038.

How will I know if my entry has been received?
You will receive a confirmation message by return text thanking you for your entry. Sending a text message is not proof of receipt of entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any messages that are lost and/or delayed or which cannot be sent due to lack of network coverage, or for any other reason beyond our control. If the code is not confirmed for this promotion then you will receive an error message.

Winners will receive a Winning Ticket Reference via email if entered online or by text if entered via SMS. Once you have received your Winning Ticket Reference, check your participating cinema then go to www.coca-cola.co.uk/winners and follow the links to ‘Claim Your Ticket’ to redeem your movie ticket. Input your Winning Ticket Reference, and fill in your details. You will then need to choose your local cinema. If you would like to go to a Cineworld cinema your voucher will be posted to you. Should you wish to visit another participating cinema, you will then need to print your movie ticket. Winners have 72 hours from the registration of their Winning Ticket Reference in which to re-print any lost or miss-printed movie tickets. You can re-enter your Winning Ticket Reference to re-print your movie ticket. After the 72-hour period The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, defaced or miss-printed movie tickets. If you do not have access to the internet or a printer please call 0800 0288038 for further information
When can I claim my ticket?
You can claim your ticket, via the website, as soon as you receive a Winning Ticket Reference, via email if entered online or by text if entered via SMS. What happens if my computer crashes?
If you have selected a Cineworld cinema ticket and have seen the post confirmation page, your ticket will be sent in ten days. If you have selected any other participating cinema you have 72 hours from the registration of your Winning Ticket Reference in which to re-print any lost or miss-printed movie tickets.

How do I redeem my movie ticket?
You can use your movie ticket at any participating cinema. See Terms & Conditions for a list of cinemas taking part, or click here for a map. Simply present the movie ticket at the cinema box office before the movie starts. Bookings for cinema viewings cannot be made online or by phone.
How many movie tickets can I claim?
You can only claim one movie ticket per Winning Ticket Reference.
Is there an alternative gift on offer?
No, there is no cash or alternative prize available.
Can I watch any movie with my ticket?
Your ticket can be used to watch any movie of your choice, subject to availability and providing you meet the age restriction required for that movie.

I was turned away from a cinema, what do I do?
First, make sure that your movie ticket has not expired, you went to a participating cinema listed on the ‘Terms & Conditions’ page of this site, and that you had appropriate identification to view the film. If the cinema has mistakenly not accepted your ticket, please call 0800 0288038.
My movie ticket has expired, what do I do?
Unfortunately, we cannot replace expired movie tickets.
Do I require ID to use my movie ticket?
ID may be required when using movie tickets for: 12A, 15 and 18 certificate films .Proof of age cards can be obtained from www.validateuk.co.uk or from www.pass-scheme.org.uk.

‘Coke Zone’ is a new loyalty programme from ‘Coca-Cola’, which rewards you with points to spend on great rewards at ‘Coke Zone’ every time you drink specially marked packs of ‘Coca-Cola’, ‘diet Coke’ or ‘Coke Zero’.
How do I register for ‘Coke Zone’?
When you register online for the ‘Win Movie Tickets’ promotion at www.coca-cola.co.uk you will automatically also be registered for ‘Coke Zone’. During the registration process you will be asked to confirm that you agree to the terms and conditions of ‘Coke Zone’.

Personal data will be removed from closed accounts after 18 months of the last log in or entry. The entry/entries you have made to the ‘Win Movie Tickets’ promotion up to this point will still be valid, however you will be unable to enter any more codes if you close your account.

If you do want to delete your ‘Coke Zone’ account – your account, along with all points and access to great rewards will be deleted.
