Eligibility

  1. The 'Coke Zone' Promotion is open to consumers aged 12 (twelve) years or over who are residents of Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland), the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man only (CI and IoM web entry only). Employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, agents and anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion may participate to a lifetime limit of 2000 points. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any application that is believed to be in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
  2. An individual must have a unique, valid email address to create an account. Limit 1 Account per person, 5 Accounts per household and 10 Accounts per physical address. The person who is the authorised email account holder of the email address indicated when registering must provide date of birth information when registering for an Account and will be deemed to be the Member. It is the responsibility of members under 18 years of age to have parental approval to register and participate in Coke Zone.

  5. Purchase required. The Promotion is available on specially marked 500ml and 2L packs of 'Coca-Cola', 'diet Coke' and 'Coke Zero' made by Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd. while stocks last. Further codes may be found on other 'Coca-Cola', 'diet Coke' or 'Coke Zero' packaging at the discretion of the Promoter. Top
  6. Code availability

  7. Codes are issued on a time-limited basis and will expire at the end of the month containing the best before date of the relevant product.
  8. Codes are laser-etched or printed directly on the bottle behind the label or as otherwise specified on the product. Each code has a point value. 500ml bottles will carry a code worth a minimum of 2 points, 2L bottles will carry a code worth a minimum of 3 points. Codes may also be found on other 'Coca-Cola', 'diet Coke' or 'Coke Zero' promotional packaging from time to time at the discretion of the promoter. See promotional packs for details of where to find codes on these packs. Points may be saved and exchanged for rewards. The number of points required for each reward is displayed on 'Coke Zone' at www.cokezone.co.uk and on the mobile internet at wap.cokezone.co.uk.

    How to participate

    1. Go to the website at www.cokezone.co.uk or visit the WAP site at wap.cokezone.co.uk and register.
    2. Enter your code found on the bottle (or other packaging as specified) for validation at either the 'Coke Zone' website or WAP site or via SMS to 88555 (standard rates apply).
    3. When you have collected sufficient points, you can choose how to spend them. For example you may wish to save your points to your personalised account for later use or you may wish to spend points immediately. Points will be deducted from your account upon confirmation of a redemption for a reward, Prize draw or Instant win entry.
  11. Points can only be earned, held or redeemed as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Any other use, including sales, exchange or transfer of points or any attempt to do so, is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  12. You must save the product packaging and/or promotional item with official code for at least 90 days after the date that you redeem an item online as it may be necessary to submit it later for verification. The Promoter reserves the right to require proof, including but not limited to, the product packaging or promotional item, and the right to request proof that the Code was obtained in compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter's decisions regarding the awarding of points are final and binding. If validated codes are subsequently determined to be invalid for any reason they will be disqualified and the corresponding points will be removed from your account.
  13. Any attempts to enter multiple invalid codes will result in the relevant account being frozen for 24 hours. Any accounts deemed to be in breach of the terms and conditions or repeated frozen accounts will be seen as fraudulent attempts to hack into the Website or undermine the promotional integrity and will be investigated. The Promoter may freeze your account pending or during the investigation, and your account may be deleted if we are concerned for the Website's security and the integrity of the promotion. The Promoter's decision to freeze and/or delete any account is final. If your account has been deleted, you will forfeit the use of the points, will not be able to re-open it and will not therefore be able to participate in the promotion any further.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to limit the number of points which may be claimed over any given period. Effective as of 29.07.09. The maximum number of points which can be claimed from PIN code entry is 50 points per week (running from 00:00:00 each Monday to 23:59:59 on Sunday). Bonus points from on-site activity are unaffected. The Promoter reserves the right to limit the 'Coke Zone' point lifespan.
  15. You should keep confidential any codes, passwords or other personal details. We will not be held responsible for any unauthorised use of your points.

    Points expiry

  17. POINTS WILL EXPIRE AFTER 90 DAYS OF THE LAST LOG-IN OR CODE ENTRY. Your point balance will be wiped to zero if you have not logged in or entered a code on your account in the past 90 days. You will be sent a warning via email or SMS. Top
  18. Account management and closing accounts

  19. Regular account management information will be sent to you via email or SMS.
  20. Accounts can be closed or deleted by official request to 'Coke Zone' customer care on freephone number 0800 028 8038, open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding US Bank Holidays).
  21. Accounts will be closed after 12 months of the last log-in or code entry. Accounts can be reactivated by contacting 'Coke Zone' customer care within 16 months of the last log-in or code entry. Please refer to website for details.
  22. Personal data will be stripped from closed accounts after a period of continuous inactivity deemed lengthy by the promoter. Top
  23. Rewards

  24. Reward delivery and alternative
    1. Please allow 28 days for reward delivery. Physical rewards and paper vouchers will only be sent to a GB, CI or IoM address which you have given us, excluding PO BOX.
    2. Mobile rewards will be delivered to the mobile linked to your account. To link your mobile, please follow the instructions on the website.
    3. Digital rewards must be redeemed either directly on the website at the time of redemption or sent to the account holder email address. Please check the specific reward details. The speed at which your digital or mobile reward downloads will depend on your internet or WAP connection.
    4. Rewards and Prizes should be checked and any claims made within 72 hours of receipt. Any claims in relations to an event should be made at least a week before the event date. Any faulty item should be reported to the customer care line on freephone number 0800 028 8038, open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding US Bank Holidays), and returned within 28 days of delivery.
    5. Rewards are as stated and no alternatives are generally available. They are available only to the account holder and are subject to availability, and the terms and conditions specified. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative gift of equal or greater value.
  25. Certain rewards and all prizes will be limited to 1 per account, 5 per household, 10 per physical address. The promoter reserves the right to limit the total number of rewards and prizes to be claimed by account if it is deemed excessive or to be in breach of the programme's fairness. Top

  27. Limitations of liability. Except for death or personal injury caused by negligence of the Promoter, its employees or agents, neither the Promoter, its employees nor its agents assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
    2. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this Promotion.
    3. Any system failures on the website or at the handling house.
    4. Any failure to fulfil obligations of any third parties involved in this Promotion, although we will endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of such failure.
    5. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion.
    6. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof through dial up, broadband, mobile internet or WAP connections.
    7. Any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or download of software or reward as part of the Promotion.
    8. Any defects or quality issues with software or download or other mobile rewards.
    9. The content of the software or download or any other mobile rewards if, for any reason the Promotion or website is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer, virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
    10. Any harm or loss suffered as a result of failing to comply with any instructions issued by the manufacturer of a reward or failing to exercise due care.
    11. Any other matter outside of our reasonable control.
  28. You acknowledge that the Promoter is not a party to any contract you may enter into with the supplier of a reward or prize. For example, if you obtain a discount for a purchase or subscription through Coke Zone your contract for that purchase or subscription will be with the supplier and not with the Promoter. Top

  30. www.cokezone.co.uk has links to sites and software owned or operated by parties other than the Promoter. Such links are provided for your convenience only. The Promoter does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or the security of such sites or software.
  31. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part at any time including, for the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation of any unredeemed points. In this event, you will be notified through your preferred method of communication to the email address or mobile number you have supplied us. We will endeavour to give you 30 days' notice of this or, if less, as much notice as we reasonably can.
  32. Please note that in processing data and rewards claims the Promoter may disclose your information to other companies in its group or to third parties used by the Promoter and its affiliates.
  33. Instructions form part of the Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the reward.
  34. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time where reasonably required. We will endeavour to give you 30 days' notice of this or, if less, as much notice as we reasonably can.
  35. The Terms and Conditions are for this Promotion only. Any other promotion that may be on the site is separate and may have additional Terms and Conditions that apply.
  36. Conduct of participation: Participants agree to be bound by these official Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the Promotion or website, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

  1. The Invite a Friend Offer is open to current 'Coke Zone' members, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, agencies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
  2. To participate you will need to have a 'Coke Zone' account. To get an account please register.
  3. To invite a friend you will need to submit your friend's email address and a message from you. Please ensure you have your friend's permission before your submit their details.
  4. Your friend's details will be kept on a separate secure database for 2 weeks from the date of submission. Your friend will not be emailed any promotional information from Coca-Cola beyond the initial invitation unless they register on 'Coke Zone' and opt in.
  5. You will be awarded 20 Bonus Points for each Friend you successfully invite through the 'Coke Zone' website (up to a lifetime maximum of 500 points), who registers on 'Coke Zone' within 2 weeks of your invitation and earns 10 points in the life of their 'Coke Zone' membership from codes printed directly on the bottle behind the label of specially marked 500ml and 2L bottles of 'Coca-Cola', 'diet Coke' and 'Coke Zero' made by Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd. Your Friend will be awarded 20 points for registering within 2 weeks of your official invitation and earning 10 points from product codes (as stated above).

Win a Training Day Experience.

    1.1. This prize draw is open to consumers aged 12 (twelve) years or over who are residents of Great Britain, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Consumers under the age of 18 require parental consent, and winners of prizes under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in order to accept the prize. Winners must be supporters of the team entered for in order to qualify for the prize. The prizes are not available to anyone that is subject to a Football Banning order or is unable to lawfully attend football matches. Coca-Cola Football League terms and conditions apply.

    1.2. There is one prize to be won per team for the winner and a guest to watch a training session, meet the team and coaching staff, and take a tour of the facilities. The winner only will also receive a signed club shirt, a signed ball and a training kit. The guest of the winner will not receive a signed club shirt, a signed ball and training kit. Travel to the training ground will not be included. Dates for fulfilment of Training Day prizes are entirely subject to the discretion of Football League clubs.     Entry Process

  5. Entrants will be placed into that day's draw to win one of 10 pairs of tickets to the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour event and receive 15 Coke Zone points

    -3 star accommodation and standard travel by train or coach

  17. There are 280 pairs of FIFA World Cup™ Trophy Tour tickets to be won in total over the course of the promotional period.
  18. Winners will not be allowed at any point to touch the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy.
  19. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

  21. All draws will be independently supervised.
  22. The Promoter will contact winners within 7 days of each draw taking place, on the contact telephone number and email address provided at the time of entering at www.cokezone.co.uk/trophytour. In the event that the Promoter cannot contact any winner after taking all reasonable steps to do so it reserves the right at its absolute discretion to award the prize to a substitute winner drawn at the same time.

You further irrevocably waive any "moral rights" or other rights with respect to attribution of authorship or integrity of materials regarding each item of user content that you submit.

  15. In these Terms and Conditions, 'affiliated entities' means any direct or indirect parent, subsidiaries, sponsors, or affiliated companies of Coca-Cola Great Britain and shall include any authorised bottlers of The Coca-Cola Company.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Coca-Cola Great Britain, its affiliated entities, and any other party involved in creating, producing or delivering the Site, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, licensors and representatives, from and against all claims, losses, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorneys fees) arising out of (a) your use of, or activities in connection with, the Site, the services, or the software; (b) any violation of these terms of use by you or through your account; or (c) any allegation that any user content that you make available or create through the Site, the services, or the software infringes or otherwise violates the copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy or other intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

The United States Export Control laws prohibit the export of certain technical data and software to certain territories.
