I want my reward by Christmas. When should I order?
We can't guarantee delivery before Christmas as it depends on our delivery companies - but the latest day we'd recommend you order is 15th December. Any later than that and you'll still get your reward, but it's more likely to be after Christmas Day or in the new year. Please make sure you've supplied full and correct address details when you order (including a contact number where requested) so that the delivery company can definitely get it to you - and don't forget, high value items have to be signed for, so you may want to use your daytime or work address. We cannot offer any guarantee on deliveries through Royal Mail in the event of continued industrial action. We use a variety of delivery companies, so we hope that the effect of a strike on our deliveries will be minimum.
-
How come I need to enter my home address or mobile number before I enter some prize draws or instant wins?
We only ask for your details if we need them. If you win a physical prize, we'll need your address so we can send it to you. We ask for your mobile number so we can send you your mobile prize if you win. We may also ask for a contact telephone number, so we can contact you regarding the delivery of your prize. We will not use it for any other purpose.
