Coke Zone is a website from Coca-Cola that gives members access to great rewards and incredible prizes, plus the latest Coca-Cola news, fun games and content.

How do you use Coke Zone?
First you'll need to register (it's easy and very quick). Then you can start having fun collecting points, getting rewards and prizes or accessing a fantastic range of content.
You can collect Coke Zone points by entering the 12-digit code from bottles, single cans and multipacks at www.cokezone.co.uk. Or enter codes via SMS to 88555 (standard network rate apply, typically 10-12p).
Look out for specially marked 500ml and 2l bottles, single 330ml cans* and 10-can or 12-can multi-packs of Coke, Coke Zero and diet Coke as they'll be the ones with codes on.
We also offer other ways to earn points, like recommending a friend (you and your friend must be 16 years of age or over) or, now and then, taking a survey. You'll see both of these online at Coke Zone.

Tell me about the rewards
Wait until you see the selection of rewards! There's something for everyone, whatever you're into. Our reward categories are: music, entertainment, games, fashion, sport, charity and free & fun!
However, the selection changes regularly to keep things fresh and exciting, so be quick if you see something you like in case there's only limited availability. Many of the rewards are released in random batches throughout each month, sometimes outside of the hours of 9am and 5pm, to make sure that all our members have the opportunity to redeem a reward.

Why is it so important that I register?
Registration is needed in order to be able to input your codes into the Coke Zone website and start collecting points to redeem rewards and enter prize draws.

How do I get started?
Go to www.cokezone.co.uk, and follow the simple step-by-step registration process. There is a limit of 1 account per person and you must have a unique valid email address, be over 12 years old and a resident of Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) Isle of Man or the Channel Islands to register. The person who is the authorised email account holder of the email address indicated when registering will be considered the account holder.

How do I update my information?
After you've logged in, just go to 'My Account' to update your account details.

Can I still log in if I have a new email address?
Yes you can. Just log in using the email address you originally registered with. Once you're in, go to 'My Account' and update your email, along with any other changes you want to make. Then save them by clicking 'Save'. From then on you can log in with your new email address.

Help! I can't remember my password. Now what?
For security reasons, we won't send you a password by email. So when you get to 'Coke Zone', click the 'Forgotten it' link. Confirm your email address then click 'Submit'. We'll send you an email with instructions on how to get a new password.
If you're on the 'Coke Zone' WAP site, you can also click a 'Forgot Password' link. You'll be asked to confirm your email address. If you've already linked your mobile phone number to your 'Coke Zone' account you'll be sent a WAP-push link that you must click on to go back to 'Coke Zone' WAP site. You'll then be asked to enter and confirm your new password. Finally you'll be asked to log in with your new password.
If you haven't linked your mobile number, you will be sent an email with details on how to confirm your new password.

How do I change my password?
After you've logged in, go to 'My Account' to change your password details.

Aargh! I've been locked out of my account. Why?
You're only allowed 5 attempts to enter a code correctly each day. Type the wrong code in too many times and you'll be locked out of your account for 24 hours (it's for security reasons). Try again the next day and you should be able to enter your codes without any problems. One piece of advice - sometimes an '8' looks a bit like a '3' on the bottle - so make sure you check the codes carefully!
If you haven't been entering codes incorrectly, or if you still find yourself locked out of your account the next day then we may have locked your account for another reason. How can I manage my email preferences?
'Coke Zone' will offer you the chance to subscribe for email updates from The Coca-Cola Company when you register. You can change your email preferences on your 'My Account' page in 'My updates'. If you wish to be removed from the email listing at a later date, simply click 'Unsubscribe' at the bottom of any of the newsletters or follow the instructions at the bottom of other email communications you receive.

Do I have to live in Great Britain to receive rewards?
Yup, we're sorry but 'Coke Zone' is only open to residents of Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland) the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands - and rewards can only be delivered to a GB, Isle of Man or Channel Islands address. So if you have already registered with a Coke Loyalty scheme in another country, we're afraid you can't register in GB. Unfortunately we can't deliver to PO Boxes either, because we want to make 100% sure you get your rewards! Accounts can be closed or deleted by official request to 'Coke Zone' customer care. Please see below for details.

How do I close my 'Coke Zone' account?
Call our freephone number on 0800 028 8038 and speak to an agent. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (excluding US Bank Holidays).
Please be aware that if you do want to close your 'Coke Zone' account - your account, along with all points and access to great rewards will be locked, and you will no longer have access to your 'Coke Zone' account. Personal data will be removed from closed accounts after 18 months of the last log in or entry.

How can I delete my 'Coke Zone' account?

If you do want to delete your 'Coke Zone' account - your account, along with all points and access to great rewards will be deleted. Please be aware that if you ask for your details to be deleted, your details will be removed and you will not receive any further communication from 'Coke Zone' and Coca-Cola Great Britain.

How can I access My Account via my mobile?
If you have a WAP enabled mobile, just visit the 'Coke Zone' WAP site wap.cokezone.co.uk. You can use the WAP site to enter codes, check out your account balance and browse through and choose from our range of mobile rewards.
You can also enter codes via SMS to 88555 (standard rates apply). But remember, it's best to link up your mobile phone to keep track of all the points you earn, otherwise your balance won't be updated.

Does it cost me anything to use the WAP site?
If you access the 'Coke Zone' via WAP at wap.cokezone.co.uk you may be charged by your network operator. Some operators now offer flat-rate packages for browsing and downloading from WAP sites, but if you are unsure of the rates that you might be charged for using WAP services, please check them out with your network operator.

I have a 12-digit code, is this right?
It is indeed! A 12 character alpha numeric code will appear on 500ml and 2L bottles, single 330ml cans or on the cardboard packaging of 10 or 12 fridge packs of 330ml cans of 'Coca-Cola', 'Coke Zero' and 'diet Coke' while stocks last. Codes may also be found on other 'Coca-Cola', 'diet Coke' or 'Coke Zero' promotional packaging from time to time at the discretion of the promoter. Then you can start exchanging these for all sorts of great stuff in 'Coke Zone'.

Our website has been designed to be compatible with screen readers; it is also been designed so that text size can be enlarged to assist partially sighted people. If you are blind or partially sighted and you are having trouble reading a code from a pack which you have purchased please call the Coke Zone helpline on 0800 028 8038 for assistance. Please make sure you keep your receipts, or hold on to packaging (ring-pulls or bottle labels) where receipts are not available, as these may be requested at a later date as proof of purchase.

It's easy. Is there any limit on the number of points I can collect?
Yes there is. Effective as of 29.07.09. In response to feedback from our members, and to ensure that 'Coke Zone' is as fair as possible for everyone, we have introduced a weekly limit of 50pts from PIN code entry. If you enter enough codes to exceed that point limit in any one week (running from 00:00:00 every Monday to 23:59:59 on Sunday evening) your code entry will automatically be locked and you will be unable to enter any more codes until the start of the next week. But don't worry, even if you've reached the limit, you can still get points on the site for taking part in our polls, completing the "Spill the Beans" survey, Member Get Member (as long as you're both aged 16 years or over) or any of the other ways we give you to earn bonus points. You will also still be able to login to your account to spend your points and manage your account.

How do I 'spend' my 'Coke Zone' points?
To get your hands on some great rewards at 'Coke Zone', log onto www.cokezone.co.uk. Have a browse through the rewards available in your favourite categories, such as downloads, Coca-Cola merchandise or Prize Draws then follow the simple 'Get this now' process.

How do I know how many points I've got?
Log in to 'Coke Zone' at www.cokezone.co.uk and your points balance will be on the top right corner of the page. You can also check your points balance on 'Coke Zone' WAP site in the 'My Account' section.

My point balance seems wrong. Now what?
On the website you can check that your latest order / code entry has been registered in 'My Account'. Sometimes your computer's cache (sort of like short-term memory for your browser) will keep you from seeing the most current information, especially if your points total has changed since you last logged in.
If you have been sending in your codes via SMS you must have registered your mobile number with us. If you have not given us your mobile number please go to the My Account page and enter it so you can receive your points.

When do my points expire?
If you haven't logged in or entered a code for 90 days your points will expire. You will receive reminders to warn you before that happens. You can keep your points safe by logging in. Please see the Terms and Conditions to find out more.

If a specific promotion finishes will my points expire?
Nope! You won't lose any points. In fact you just carry on collecting them. Points only expire if you don't log in or enter codes for 90 days.

Can I find out how long a specific reward will be available?
When we start running out of a particular item, we will update the status of this reward in the catalogue, so look out for any low stock warning on the site. Remember: quantities are limited, so first come, first served! Items can be snapped up very quickly once the Low Quantity warning is activated, so it pays to get in there quick!

Hey, why does it say 'Hurry! Few left & when it's gone it's gone' on some items?
This means numbers of this item are running low. Quantities on some rewards are limited, so it's best to get in there quick if there's an item you really fancy.

Can I have my reward sent to someone else?
The mailing address saved in your account is the address we usually mail to. However you can choose to send your reward to someone else so long as they live in Great Britain, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands(sorry that doesn't include PO Boxes). Just remember to change the shipping address on your order. You can save multiple addresses in the My Account section.

Why can't I use a PO Box address?
Unfortunately we can't deliver to PO Boxes because rewards may need to be signed for and we want to make sure you receive your goodies. I haven't got my reward, but my account says it has been despatched. What should I do?
Goodies: Most items are despatched within 7-10 days. However sometimes it can take 28 days for delivery. You can check the status of your order on 'My Account' page.
If 28 days have passed and you still haven't received your reward or any communication from us, let us know and we'll happily check your order for you.

Do I need internet access on my mobile to get mobile rewards?
You will need to make sure you have WAP settings installed correctly on your mobile. Please contact your network operator if you need more information. If your mobile phone does not support WAP settings, you will not be able to receive mobile rewards.

What handsets are the mobile rewards available on?
Some mobile rewards will only be available on certain handsets. When you are browsing for mobile rewards on the website, you will be able to see which handsets a particular reward is available on. Please make sure that your handset type is compatible with a particular mobile reward before you confirm you would like to download that reward. When you are browsing for rewards on the WAP site, only the rewards that are available for your handset will appear.

Are there any download charges for my mobile rewards?
The mobile reward itself is provided to you by Coca-Cola GB in exchange for 'Coke Zone' points. However, when you connect to the WAP-push link, you will require a GPRS connection, therefore your standard network rates for the GPRS connection and download will apply. If you are unsure of your GPRS and download rates, please check with your network operator. Please also seek permission from whoever pays the mobile phone bill before downloading the mobile reward.

What happens after I've confirmed I want to redeem a mobile reward?
Shortly after you confirm that you would like to redeem a mobile reward on the website you will receive a WAP push message on your mobile phone. You need to connect to the link within this message in order to download your mobile reward. If you are using the WAP site, you will see a download link on which you will need to click in order to download your mobile reward.

Depending on the brand of your phone, this message will go to your text message inbox or WAP Push inbox, also known as a 'Service Inbox', 'Funbox', 'Browser Message Inbox', or 'Push Inbox'.

a. Open the message from 'Coke Zone'.
b. Scroll down to the download link.
c. Click on the link and you will be immediately connected to 'Coke Zone'.
d. Your selected mobile reward will start to download automatically.
e. When the download is finished, just save it.

If you registered on Coke Zone after 29th November 2010 and used Facebook Connect when you registered then you will be able to log in using the Facebook login button on our Coke Zone login page. What is the Olympic Torch Relay?
The Olympic Flame is one of the enduring symbols of the Olympic Games, representing peace, unity and friendship. As it is carried around the UK for the Olympic Torch Relay it will bring the spirit of the Games to everyone.
Lit in Olympia, Greece, in a traditional ceremony, the Olympic Flame will be taken on a short relay in Greece before arriving in the UK on 18 May 2012.
On a 70-day journey across the UK, the Flame will be carried by 8,000 Torchbearers, generating excitement as it makes its way to London and the Opening Ceremony of the Games. The Flame will come within a one-hour journey for 95 per cent of the population of the UK - with entertainment, shows and concerts marking its arrival at each stop.
What is an Olympic Torchbearer?
Olympic Torchbearers will run one leg (approximately 300 metres) of the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay.
Coca-Cola has 500 Olympic Torchbearer places available*, to be awarded to nominees who, in the opinion of the judges, most deserve to carry the Olympic Flame.
Successful nominees will run one leg of the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay which takes place between 19th May and 27th July 2012.
*In addition to this campaign, there are further opportunities to become Olympic Torchbearers through other Coca-Cola campaigns run in conjunction with Coca-Cola's stockists.

Can I nominate myself?
Yes, you can nominate yourself if you believe you deserve to be an Olympic Torchbearer. To get involved, check out our simple self nomination process.
How many people can I nominate?
You can nominate as many people as you like as long as you believe they deserve to be an Olympic Torchbearer.
However, each individual nominee can only be nominated once. In the case of multiple nominations the first submission to be verified by the nominee will be the one that is submitted for judging.
What product is the campaign available on?
You won't need to purchase a pack to take part in this campaign. Simply head to www.cokezone.co.uk and follow the on screen instructions.
However, you can find out more about the The London 2012 Olympic Torchbearer campaign on special packs of 330ml, 500ml, 2Ltr, 4 x 330ml, 6 x 330ml, 8 x 330ml, 10 x 330ml, 12 x 330ml, and 15 x 330ml packs of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke or Coca-Cola Zero, whilst stocks last.
Do I need to purchase anything in order to nominate?

Do I need to be a Coke Zone member to enter the campaign?
All Nominees are required to register on Coke Zone prior to completing their nomination. However, if you're nominating someone you know you can also nominate them via Facebook although they will still be required to complete their nomination at Coke Zone.
Can I still claim Coke Zone points from campaign packs?
You can still enter codes from campaign 330ml, 500ml, 2Ltr, 10 x 330ml, packs of Coca-Cola, Diet Coke and Coca-Cola Zero and earn points to spend on great rewards at Coke Zone. Unfortunately all other packs will not feature Coke Zone codes.
Are there any age restrictions to enter the campaign?

How do I enter?
Nominations can be made at www.cokezone.co.uk until 05/09/11.
If nominating another person:
a.Nominations can be made by completing the online application form at www.cokezone.co.uk or via Facebook
b. All Nominators must have explained the nomination process to the Nominee prior to submitting the nomination (including confirming that Coca-Cola and LOCOG will use the Nominees details to contact them directly) and have the permission of the individual they wish to nominate before submitting their details for nomination.
c. (i) All Nominators will receive a message on-screen on completion of their nomination to confirm that their nomination has been successfully received. (ii) Subject to vetting and moderation, the Nominee will receive a validation email, sent to the email address provided by the Nominator. The email will contain a link which the Nominee must click-on in order to verify and complete their nomination at www.cokezone.co.uk (iii) The Nominee must confirm they accept and wish to complete their nomination and confirm they consent to take part in the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay Campaign by adhering to the Terms and Conditions. What is the entry criteria?
We're looking for young people of Britain who have a passion for sport and active lifestyles, music and dance and/or the community and environment.
All nominations will be judged by an independent judging panel. The judges will be looking for nominees to demonstrate why they deserve to be an Olympic Torchbearer. In particular, judges will be looking for nominees that show how they use their passion to bring happiness to others and what their future ambitions, aspirations or goals are.
What should I include in my nomination submission?
Your entry doesn't need to be long or fancy, just let us know why you, or the person you are nominating deserves to be an Olympic Torchbearer through their nominated passion.
It doesn't need to be world changing, it just needs to show how they or you use your passion to bring happiness to others and how you hope to improve or use it again in the future.
I don't know my friend's email address, can I still nominate them?
If you are nominating a friend via Coke Zone you will still need to know their email address in order to submit your nomination. We recommend double checking the spelling of your nominee’s email address to ensure that they receive their verification email to complete their nomination.
I didn't see my nomination email as it was in my junk folder
Coca-Cola makes every effort possible to ensure that nomination emails don't get stuck in junk folders. Why not let your friend know you've nominated them and check if they've received an email notification? If they haven't, remind them to check their junk folder. Unfortunately, if the nominee has not replied to the nomination email by midnight 05/09/11 then their nomination will not be submitted to the judging panel.

Why should I create a video?
All nominations will be judged purely on the written submission that the nominee has completed upon entry.
However, the video is a fun way of sharing your entry with your friends to let them know why you deserve to be an Olympic Torchbearer. So, why not create a video and share your nomination!
Judging Entries
Will my nomination be judged upon entry?
All nomination submissions, both written and video content, will be subject to vetting for inappropriate content as deemed so by Coca-Cola. Full vetting guidelines can be viewed by clicking here.
Only approved nominations will be considered for judging. If a nomination is rejected you will receive an email stating the reason for which the nomination has been deemed inappropriate. The Promoter's decision regarding vetting and possible rejection is final.
How will I know if my nomination has been approved?
The nominee will be sent an email to the address they have provided upon entry confirming that their nomination has been accepted.
Who is judging the approved entries?
Completed nominations will be judged by an independent panel of judges who will draw up a shortlist of nominees. Shortlisted nominees will then make it through to the final stage of judging which will feature an undisclosed number celebrity judges. Further details are available on www.cokezone.co.uk.
When will I, or the person I have nominated, be notified if I/they have been selected as an Olympic Torchbearer?
Nominees who have been shortlisted for the final judging phase will receive participation agreements and further information regarding their nomination to the postal address supplied upon entry. These will dispatched via first class delivery by the 5th October 2011. All participation agreements must be returned by 19th October. Nominees who fail to agree to these terms by 19th October 2011 will forfeit their potential opportunity to become a Torchbearer. Any nominees under 18 years will be asked to print out and get their parent or legal guardian to sign a paper copy of the Participation Terms and return these to the address stated within the information pack.
The Torchbearer Experience
I'm not available to attend during some of the dates specified. Can I pick which dates I take part?
No. Torchbearers must be available to run with the Olympic Flame any time between 19/05/12 and 27/07/12.
Unfortunately, Nominees will not be able to choose where they run. Nominees will be allocated to a town and to a particular slot along the Olympic Torch Relay route. Coca-Cola will endeavour to arrange for successful Torchbearers to run near their postal address provided upon entry. However, Coca-Cola reserves the right to reassign individuals at any time.
Should you then be unable to attend on the selected date, please contact us as soon as possible on 0800 028 8038. In this instance we will be required to award the Olympic Torchbearer place to another nominee.
Can I transfer my Olympic Torchbearer place to someone else?
Olympic Torchbearer places are not transferable. The selected Olympic Torchbearer is the one that has been chosen by the panel of judges following a review of their nomination submission. No other individual is eligible to claim an Olympic Torchbearer place.
Can I, or the person I nominate be selected to run more than one leg of the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay?
No. The terms and conditions of the campaign state that a nominee can only run one leg of the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay
What do I need to wear when I run my leg as an Olympic Torchbearer?
Olympic Torchbearers will be contacted and also receive a briefing pack which will contain information on what will happen on the day of their allocated Torchbearer slot for the London 2012 Olympic Torch Relay.
Selected Olympic Torchbearers will also be provided with a uniform prior to the event.

Can I choose what event(s) I win tickets to?
Unfortunately not. The events that are available to be won are predetermined by the Promoter and you will find out which tickets you have won if you are drawn as a winner.

Sorry but in order to accept either the daily or bonus draw prize you must be available to travel between 30/07/12 and 02/08/12 (inclusive).
Winners of the weekly draws must be available to travel between 27/07/12 and 28/07/12 (inclusive) to accept the Opening Ceremony and 11/08/12 and 12/08/12 (inclusive) to accept the Closing Ceremony prize.
If you are unable to travel on these dates and, therefore, are unable to accept your prize, we will need to award the prize to a reserve winner (who will be drawn at the same time as the winner).
Unfortunately, you will not be able to choose between the Opening or Closing ceremony tickets; these will be allocated by Coca-Cola Great Britain.

When does my code expire?
Your code allows you entry into the Coke Zone McDonald's promotion and also gives you 5 Coke Zone points. The promotion will close at midnight on 25/11/11 and after this date you will not be able to enter the Coke Zone McDonald's promotion. You will still be able to enter the code and get your 5 Coke Zone points up until 26/10/12.
